Dr. Ndidi Onugha Uka, DDS — affectionately known as Dr. Endy — is a Los Angeles-based dentist, entrepreneur, and media personality on a mission to close the gap between dental care and the communities that need it most.
She is the Founder and CEO of Ndu Luxe Dental Aesthetics, a luxury multi-specialty dental practice in Westchester, CA, and the operator of A-Plus Dentistry in Carson, CA. Together, her practices serve a diverse patient population across the South Los Angeles area, from pediatric care under the Luxe Littles brand to high-end cosmetic and restorative dentistry for adults.
Dr. Endy is also the Founder of The Smile Starter Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to pediatric oral health equity in underserved communities. Through The Smile Starter, Dr. Endy has personally conducted oral health assessments for over 150 children across 12 Head Start sites in Los Angeles — self-funding the initiative to ensure no child goes unseen.
Her commitment to community extends to her service on the Board of Directors of Crystal Stairs, one of the largest child development nonprofit organizations in California, serving thousands of families in Los Angeles County.

Through partnerships with Head Start programs across LA County, The Smile Starter has reached over 150 children across 12 sites — providing free oral health assessments, early intervention guidance, and dental hygiene education for families who lack access to regular dental care.
